2 ways to enter
 

Click on "DV Awards Online Entry Form" to enter and make entry fee payments online.

Click on "Download PDF Form" to print out your own entry form to fill out by hand and mail in the entry fee.

To upload your entry, click on 'Upload Entry'. Acceptable formats are Quicktime and Windows Media.
